Accessibility

Towards developing an accessible space, please make note of the following:

• The conference and all conference venues are wheelchair accessible 

• All-gender washrooms will be available both days at the venues

• We are striving to be a scent free space and we ask that you please leave your scents at home

• You are invited to place the gender pronouns you'll be using on your name tag

• We will be providing colour communication badges, which you are invited to use and return to us after the event

• The food we provide will be mostly vegan and fully vegetarian, with gluten free options
